Fundamentals of Organizational Learning is a seminar proposed and trained by the association SOL France, among which several of the partners of Human Lights are active members.
The seminar called “FOA” (in France) aims particularly to train organizations’ internal change agents in the understanding and in the using of the organizational learning “key-disciplines” proposed by Peter Senge : mental models, personal mastery, shared visions, team learning, systems thinking.
SOL France is member of the Society for Organizational Learning International network, born from the MIT, Boston.
